ABOUT DEBORAH
I’ve Led the Change. Now I Help Leaders Lead Through It
THE STORY
Deborah Hlabano
For more than 13 years, I’ve led complex business and technology transformations across Big Tech, Fortune 500 companies, and large, mid-sized, and growing organizations. My experience spans SAP, enterprise programs, and cross-functional teams, working alongside executives and stakeholders to turn complex initiatives into meaningful results.
Along the way, I learned that successful transformation is never just about technology or strategy. It’s about people—how leaders communicate, build trust, navigate complexity, make decisions, and bring others with them through change.
Today, I bring that real-world experience into leadership development, coaching, and workshops designed to help leaders strengthen their presence, emotional intelligence, courage, and ability to lead with impact.
My approach is practical, honest, and grounded in experience—not theory alone. I help leaders turn what they know into how they lead.
